Liability Release: In signing this agreement I hereby release Northeast Bassmasters, its officers, agents, employees,
and sponsors (hereinafter referred to as Northeast, et al) from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs or expenses relating
to injury of any persons or any property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or in connection
with this tournament.
2. Covenant Not To Sue and Waiver of Subrogation: I further agree that I will never sue
Northeast, et al for damages on account of any injury or damage I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in
the future. In the event Northeast, et al are sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Northeast,
et al harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising with respect to such actions.
I understand that in waiving my rights to sue Northeast, et al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from Northeast, et
al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from Northeast, et al of my insurance carrier for any claims thereby may pay on
my behalf.
3. Verification of Liability Insurance: I further state that I am a current member of Northeast Bassmasters
and that I maintain liability insurance on the boat I will use in this tournament.
4. I signify by my signature above
that I have read and understand the agreements numbered 1, 2, 3, above.
Tournament Fee: $55.00 per man
(includes lunker) plus a one time membership fee of $10.00 for the season and a one time fee of $5.00 for the 2013 Big Bass
of the Year Pool. Your first event of the season is $70.00 per man or $140.00 for the team. Thereafter, the fee per tournament
will be $55.00 per man or $110.00 for the team. This fee includes the $10.00 lunker pool for the event. We will pay back 80%
of the tournament fees collected and 100% of the lunker of the day pool.
